REGISTRATION FORM & FEES
​T​he Reunion Committee has worked hard to keep the registration fees as affordable as possible while maintaining a quality event. Your advance payment is appreciated in order for us to efficiently and effectively plan and prepare for this wonderful occasion and for your arrival. Please complete and return the Registration Form to committee member Leta Dixon as soon as possible. Download the form here. ​

​The Registration Fees are as follows:
$65 per Adult (18 and up)
$35 per Youth (6 to 17)
FREE - Children (0 – 5 yrs)
Registration Fee includes all meals, activities, and admission for the Family Picnic, Banquet, and light refreshments in the Hospitality Suite.

For your convenience three payment methods are available to
submit your registration fee:

Deposit checks directly into the reunion account at Bank of America

**Payments made by cash or money order should be made in person at a Bank Of America using the information shown above. You will receive a receipt for each payment.

Please send an email to Leta Dixon at Littlepianostar@yahoo.com once you submitted any direct deposits and include deposit date, amount and attendee names (including children) to let her know. This is absolutely necessary so that you will be identified and receive proper credit for your reunion fees. Leta will send you a receipt, but please also save a copy of your deposit receipt.
