MISSION: To enrich and empower our nation's youth, parents, educators and leaders with special attention to "at-risk" populations through grant-funded programs and services. NENI focuses on education, economic empowerment, critical human needs, and cultural enrichment.

Examples of NENI programs:

  • Non-Profit Executive Directors (NED) group is a Linked In peer group of about 600 non-profit leaders nationwide. This group is for the purpose of supporting Executive Directors of Non-Profits with discussions focused on resources, process and operations as well as establishing partnerships with other Executive Directors to expand our global reach as a whole.

  • Journalism/Literacy: Pilot journalism /literary magazine program for a 5th grade troop of Girl Scouts in Middlesex County, NJ. Mr. Allen is the Editor-in-Chief of the Boca Raton Tribune in FL and the Executive Director of KOP Mentoring Network, a character-building, mentorship and gang prevention non-profit designed to foster leadership, academic success and civic-mindedness in youth ages 7 to 17.). The journalism project has now blossomed into a weekly news program produced by predominately minority youth. Check it out here: KOP Mentoring Network - Community Conversations (
